Property and Cancellation Policies.
Standard sales conditions
• The total amount is paid at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
• If you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
• You can request a date change without fee up to 14 days before arrival.
- If the new rate is higher, you will need to pay the difference.
- If it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
Non-refundable sales conditions
• The total amount is paid at the time of booking.
• Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not allowed at any time.

Children and Extra Beds
Children of any age are allowed, always accompanied by an adult.
Cribs
Children from 0 to 2 years can stay for free in a crib, subject to availability.
This must be requested at the time of booking, and we will confirm availability within a maximum of 48 hours.
Extra Beds
Some rooms allow extra beds, subject to availability.
Guests aged 2 years or older can stay in an extra bed for €30 per person per night.
This must be requested at the time of booking and will be confirmed by the accommodation.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.
Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
